Dispatch Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and orders received during this time will be dispatched within 48 hours of stock arriving. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking your order

A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Lost of damaged goods

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact hello@styledbyjam.com.au. If your order is damaged we require you to please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery Times

Our orders are sent via regular post; standard delivery timeframes apply. Once stock arrives and the order has been dispatched, standard delivery times are usually 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas from the time of dispatch. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave unattended.

Christmas and New Year Delivery Times

All orders placed between Christmas and New Year will be placed upon return. Once stock arrives, orders will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible however, slightly longer processing times may occur during the holiday closure period. A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that carriers also experience longer shipping time frames during this period. For all information on your shipping status please refer to your tracking number and relevant courier company who will be able to assist you with any delivery related questions.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Designed by JAM are happy to offer an exchange, credit note or refund on all full-priced items if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any returned product/s must be in original condition accompanied by all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Goods will be inspected upon return and a full refund, exchange or credit note will be issued for the original value of the product - excluding any return shipping costs. If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, a credit note will be issued for the outstanding amount. Applicable only on full-priced items only; all purchases made on sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please note: If you opt for a credit note, it must be redeemed within 12 months of the date allocated. Return of the item for exchange, credit note or refund via post will be at the expense of the customer.
